Shipping within Australia
Standard Shipping: We ship Australia-wide for a flat fee of $8 with Australia Post. We endeavour to send all orders within 1-2 business days. In sales or peak periods where we experience a heavy volume of orders we may (most likely will) take a bit longer. Delivery time will be 1-10 days depending on location.
Express shipping: Items can be sent Express Post for a flat fee of $10.95.

Shipping to New Zealand
Tracked shipping: Flat rate $10 via Australia Post.
Free Shipping to NZ on orders over 250 AUD.
Shipping to Rest of World:
FREE REST OF WORLD SHIPPING on orders over 275 AUD.
Customs charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local postal authorities if you are unsure of whether customs charges will apply.

Shipping Terms and Conditions
Scandi Down Under cannot accept any responsibility for loss, damage or delayed deliveries after the parcel has left our premises. If a tracked parcel should be lost, we will do all we can to assist in locating it with the shipping carrier. If a parcel without tracking should be lost, unfortunately there is nothing we can do to try and find it. Please consider this carefully before selecting a shipping option without tracking.
Returns and Exchanges
Yes, we accept returns on any item not marked FINAL SALE. Please contact us at hello@scandidownunder.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item for store credit or exchange. Exchange or store credit only for change of mind or wrong size purchased. For any items that have manufacturing faults we are happy to refund or exchange.
You will need to cover the cost of sending the item back to us, however we will ship the new item to you free of charge. We can only accept returns of items in original condition (unused, unwashed, tags intact). For faulty items we will cover the shipping costs of returning/exchanging the item.
Please note that we DO now allow returns for store credit/exchange on Sale items, EXCEPT where an item is clearly marked FINAL SALE.We have made this change to our returns policy as we understand how tricky it can be to get the sizing right when buying clothes online, particularly with ladies clothing. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to return any item(s).
